Partner in Puyallup
Cultivating Community, One Plant at a Time

For the first time, we are reaching out to valued community partners like you, to invite sponsorships that will help make this year’s event bloom even brighter in our new location—at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, May, 2026! Moving to the Fairgrounds means that we can host many more visitors and increase our community impact through science-based gardening education and environmental stewardship best practices.

Your sponsorship will not only showcase your commitment to our community’s well-being and environmental education, but it will also give your business positive exposure to over 6000 attendees throughout the weekend. From signage at the event to social media shout-outs and inclusion in our promotional materials, we’ll make sure your support is recognized and appreciated.
Marketing Outreach
This annual event already has a strong following, a loyal customer base, and a county-wide reputation. But this year, we are thrilled to increase attendance by extending our marketing efforts outside of Pierce County, and encourage people from Vancouver, BC to Portland, OR and across the state of Washington to make the trip to help commence our grandest plant sale to date!

Marketing initiatives include:
- Invitations to Master Gardeners across the state through current networking channels
- Invitations to and through community partners, including The Northwest Horticultural Society, Washington State University, and the Master Gardener Foundation of Washington State
- A social media campaign
- Press releases to be distributed to all appropriate outlets
- Google Ads (grant already approved)
- In-person during educational events
Whether you choose to contribute financially, donate goods or services, or encourage and attend the event, every gesture goes a long way toward cultivating connection, learning, and green growth in our neighborhoods. We’d love to speak with you more about the sponsorship tiers and creative ways to collaborate.
Thank you for helping us sow the seeds of a greener tomorrow!

*Acceptance of Sponsorship is at the sole discretion of the Master Gardener Foundation of Pierce County
